Welcome to our delightful properties overlooking the famous beach at Polzeath. They both enjoy spectacular views of the north Cornish coastline up to the rugged Pentire headland to the north and Stepper Point to the south – an area of outstanding beauty. We have created properties that are close to the village, shops and restaurants and beach, are self-contained, private and away from the main road with every comfort and appliance to help make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

Sleeping from 2 and up to seven people, Seascape was built in the winter of 2007/08. Seascape’s key features are that it has plenty of car parking, plenty of outside space overlooking the sea and is very easy to maintain and keep clean.
Seascape has all the appliances that you might ever need, very comfortable to holiday in, warm, lets in a lot of light, is very close to the village, the beach and shops, has fantastic clear sea views over the beach and from the middle of March to the middle of October experiences the most fantastic sunsets imaginable.
