The ground floor consists of a large lounge and conservatory overlooking the gardens out to sea.

There is also a large Kitchen Diner with seating for 10 people. The kitchen area has a Fridge, Freezer, Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and tumble dryer. (High Chair available)

Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with separate bath and shower, hand basin and toilet. two Bedrooms, one of which has a Zip and Link bed i.e. King Size or two singles, whilst the other is a standard double.

The staircase (stair gates are available) leads up to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, both with sea views. One room is a standard double with two single beds at the bottom end of the room whilst the other bedroom has a 'Zip and Link' bed which again can be made into either a King Size bed or two singles. There is, stored under this bed, a single put-me-up bed. There is also a shower room with hand basin and toilet.

The house has full gas central heating and all bedrooms are furnished with easy chairs, wardrobes and drawer space.

All bed linen is supplied and beds will be made up to your instructions. Towels can be supplied and will be charged for separately.
